New Disability Access Law Targets Abusive Lawsuits
Earlier this month, in my 2013 California Construction Law Update post, I wrote about SB 1186, a new law that targets abusive disability access lawsuits. Two of my colleagues, Steve Cramer, a partner in our law firm’s corporate and real estate group, and Dave Goldman, a partner in our litigation group, each wrote excellent articles on the new law well worth reading by property owners.
